Wow! It's here! The new school year is here! I am so excited to meet all of you and share with you my passion for books, reading, and writing!

Students: Please use Google Classroom to access our syllabus, daily agendas, assignments, reading and writing resources, and other important information for the course. Aeries will have our Google Classroom link and enrollment code. Please check it out and enroll before the first day, if you can. Everything you need will be in Google Classroom. La Serna will provide you with a Chromebook for the year. If you did not get one or are having problems with the one you have, please contact the Guidance Office at (562) 698-8121 X6030 or go to the Library for further assistance. Expect to spend between 1-3 hours per day on this course, including class lectures, independent work, and office hours/tutoring.
