CSF Items Spring 2023 Membership

The window for our spring 2023 membership drive will open on February 6th, 2023 and will close on February 24th, 2023.  Please follow the steps below for membership:

1.  Print out the CSF Application.

2.  Use the CSF Application Guidelines fill out the application.  The CSF Course Lists will help you in categorizing your classes into the List I, II and III columns.

3. 3.  Print out a hard copy of your Fall 2022 report card with citizenship marks included. It can be found in Aeries if you click on "Grades" and then "Report Card History".  It is labeled "2022-2023 Semester 1 Report Card".

4. Fold the report card so that only your personal information, the term information, and your grades are visible.  Place it the appropriate space under the application and within the edges of the page.  Take a picture making sure that everything is visible in the field of view.

5.  Click HERE to submit the picture of your application and report card.   The link will go live on February 6th.

6.  Click HERE for the LSHS Webstore and pay $5 for your membership application fee.  If you can't get your payment to process with the webstore, please go to the cashier's office on campus and pay the fee with credit/debit card.
Congratulations!  You are DONE!

FOR THOSE WHO DON'T HAVE A PRINTER:

Screenshots of your report card WILL NOT be accepted.  If you don't have immediate access to a printer, you will need to figure out a way to print it out (a friend's house, grandma's, etc).  You can also ask around campus for places where you can print.  Be resourceful.
