FOR ALL CURRENT LSHS STUDENTS:

 

Official Transcripts may be used for the following:

  • Colleges/Universities that have specifically requested an official transcript on your behalf
  • Internships
  • Scholarship application
  • Background checks/Job application
  • Insurance Verification
  • Other

Seniors, please note- If your transcript request is from a college you applied to through the Common App or SENDedu, your school counselor will automatically be notified and will upload your transcript. Only for the reasons listed above will you submit a request.

** Please be sure to check your student portal weekly for each campus for any requests made

 

Unofficial transcripts may be used for the following:

  • College application purposes (will include work in progress classes and grades only for prior semesters completed)
  • Background checks/Job application
  • Insurance Verification
  • Other

*All transcript requests with Semester 1 A + B grades will be available at the end of January 2021, no exceptions*

FOR ALL GRADUATES 2020 OR BEFORE:

 

Transcripts may be used for the following:

  • College application
  • Background checks
  • Job application
  • Insurance verifications
  • Immunization records
  • Other

At this moment, due to Covid-19 our office is closed for in-person transcript requests until further notice.

 

ALL TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS HAVE A TURN AROUND TIME OF 7-10 WORKING DAYS… NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

***We do not have copies of diplomas. You are issued the original at graduation***
