Athletic Information summer and school year 2024-2025

2024-2025 Athletes:

All student who wish to participate in sports, band or cheer must complete the athletic clearance process each school year before they may participate in tryouts, practices or summer training programs
Application Process for 2024-2025 opens May 1, 2024

 

Save the Date:   Sports Physical Night is May 15th from 4:30-6:30

 

You may complete your 2024-2025 online athletic clearance after May 1, 2024 by visiting www.homecampus.com

 

As a reminder all athletes/cheer/band require a new sports physical and online athletic clearance each year.  All physicals must be dated after May 1, 2024.    Low cost physicals may be obtained at PIH Urgent Care, Uptown Wellness Center, or St. Jude Urgent Care Facilities.  All athletes must upload a completed sports physical to  www.homecampus.com  Please see online instructions and physical form.  Please do not turn in physical to coaches or offices.  Physical must be uploaded to the home campus website.  Please allow 2-3 days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email when player is cleared.
