2025-2026 Athletes:

Athletic clearance website www.homecampus.com

All student who wish to participate in sports, band, color guard or cheer must complete the athletic clearance process each school year before they may participate in tryouts, practices or summer training programs

All athletes must complete the online application process by visiting www.homecampus.com

and upload a current sports physical dated after May 1, 2025.

Low cost physicals may be obtained at PIH Urgent Care Centers or Uptown Wellness Center. All athletes must upload a completed sports physical to www.homecampus.com Please see online instructions and physical form. Please do not turn in physical to coaches or offices. you will receive a confirmation email when player is cleared. Any questions please email [email protected]
