Rio Hondo College - Spring 2026 Dual Enrollment

How to sign up:

Courses being offered to La Serna High School students for college credit for the SPRING Semester: IN-PERSON and Online

 

  • MGMT 101 Introduction to Business (Online-Asynchronous)

  • SOC 102: Major Social Problems (Hybrid Course) Fridays 7:15am-8:45am
 
  • CHST 101: Intro to Chicana/o/x Studies (in-person) Tuesday & Thursdays 3:30PM - 4:55PM

 

Sign-ups are open. To sign up, please complete all the following steps:

 

Step 1: Apply to Rio Hondo College for the Spring 2026 term online at WWW.RIOHONDO.EDU

Click on "Become a Student Apply Now" -> Create an Account, if you don't have one already, or Sign in, if you have an existing account --> Apply for the Spring 2026 Term

 

Students will then "Start a New Application"

 

Please submit an application for Spring 2026.

 

Note: If you are a new Rio Hondo College applicant, it takes 2-3 days to receive an email from Rio Hondo College with your Rio ID # and your AccessRio login information.

 

Step 2: Fill out a Concurrent Enrollment/Petition Form

  1. Download and complete the fillable dual enrollment form. Follow the step-by-step instructions in the presentation below.

Step 3: Submit your completed form to the Counselor Drop-Off Box

Grade Release Forms:

In order to transfer your final grade from Rio Hondo College to La Serna High School, students must sign a Grade Release Form. You will be signing and turning in this form during your first day of class. If you have any questions, reach out to Ms.Alondra Camacho at [email protected]
